When one door closes,

And darkness seems to reign,

The Lord opens 24 more,

Yet we dwell on the pain.


Blinded by the closed door,

We fail to see the light,

Opportunities abound,

In the vastness of the night.


Each closed door a lesson,

A chance to grow and learn,

But the opened doors beckon,

With promises to discern.


For in the tapestry of life,

Each setback plays a part,

But it's in the opened doors,

We find hope in our heart.


So let us turn our gaze,

From what once was lost,

To the doors wide open,

Where blessings are embossed.


For when one door closes,

The Lord opens many more,

It's in the opened doors,

We find what we're looking for.
